When fixing blister on the bottom of boat hulls you never quite sure what the surface is that you are bonding to. Adtec 77 is the only product on the market that you can bond to any material above or below the waterline. It will stick to epoxy better than epoxy sticks to epoxy (check out the data sheet) it will also stick to polyester and vinylester with no worries. The only product on the market that will fully cure out. Cure out time is 20 minutes. Can sand in 12 minutes.
